The Nutrinest started at our kitchen table, not in a lab.
Over five years, my family walked through a hard health journey, gut issues, candida, chronic fatigue, and the daily exhaustion of trying to keep up with work and children while running on empty. We tried everything. Clean eating. Supplements. Rest. And still struggled.
What changed things was understanding bioavailability, the idea that it is not just what you take, but what your body can actually absorb and use. When we shifted from standard supplements to bioavailable forms, and when we started rebuilding our nutrition rather than just supplementing it, things changed. Our energy came back. Our gut settled. Our kids were calmer and more focused.
